Established in 1971, The Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services (ACCESS) is located in Dearborn, Michigan in the heart of the largest community of Arab Americans in America. ACCESS is one of the most well-respected and well-managed Arab American nonprofit organizations in the United States. The National Outreach Department, one of nine departments at ACCESS, houses the National Network for Arab American Communities (NNAAC), which is a network of independent Arab American community-based social service organizations.

Established in 1988, the American Arab Heritage Council (AAHC) serves the needs of the Flint area Arab-Americans and other recent immigrants. Through public and private grants, the AAHC provides immigration services, tutors bilingual children, conducts educational workshops, hosts an annual health fair and an annual immigration fair and is active in diversity dialogue groups in Flint. In addition, the AAHC publishes a bimonthly community newsletter. The AAHC is a membership organization.
