ARC Alumni Network

Committed to a Lifetime of Service

The newest development in the Arab-American Resource Corps is the creation of the ARC Alumni Council, a group of alumni representing each organization in the ARC program. The Alumni Council will work in partnership with the ACCESS National Outreach department and their service organization to engage alumni in mentoring current ARC members and participating in the National Arab-American Service Day.

The ARC Alumni Network connects individuals around the country who have served with the Arab-American Resource Corps. The ARC Alumni Network is coordinated by NNAAC and the Alumni Advisory Board.

Members of the ARC Alumni Network can stay engaged in communities by:

  • Mentoring current ARC members
  • Assisting in the planning of and volunteering for the National Arab-American Service Day
  • Mentoring children and youth
  • Taking action on issues affecting Arab-American and immigrant communities

Members of the ARC Alumni Network:

  • Have the opportunity to author articles for the NNAAC newsletter
  • Are invited to attend the annual NNAAC conference, with workshops specifically geared towards alumni
  • Can network with one another across the country through a listserv and the annual conference
  • Will receive information about employment, internships, training and volunteer opportunities
  • Will be featured in the NNAAC newsletter in the "Alumni Update" section
  • Have the opportunity to receive professional development assistance from ACCESS
