10th Annual National Arab American Service Day
METRO DETROIT ORGANIZATIONS COLLABORATE TO HOST 10TH ANNUAL NATIONAL ARAB AMERICAN SERVICE DAY IN SOUTHWEST DETROIT
DETROIT, Mich. – Over 400 Detroit-area residents will join 2,000 Americans from 11 states on Saturday, May 17 as volunteers for the 10th annual National Arab American Service Day. Hosted by the National Network for Arab American Communities (NNAAC), a project of ACCESS, in partnership with Healthy Detroit, Clark Park Coalition and AmeriCorps Urban Safety Project at Wayne State University, volunteers will help build the city’s first outdoor fitness center, install two new sand volleyball courts, board up seven neighboring houses, and more.
